Work is quoted separately. Repairs, parts, materials, permits, specialty equipment, subcontractors and after-hours premiums are not included unless Crosswaters confirms otherwise in writing.
Reasonable access applies. Inspections are visual and limited to accessible components. They do not include destructive investigation, engineering, code certification or environmental testing.
